In October 2025, residential property prices in Ireland experienced a year-on-year increase of 7.3%, slightly less than the revised 7.5% rise noted in September, marking the slowest growth since February 2024. Specifically, house prices saw a moderation in growth, climbing 7.3% compared to the 7.7% increase in September, whereas apartment prices exhibited a slight uptick to 7.4% from 7.2%. In Dublin, the growth rate edged up to 5.4% from 5.3%, while in areas outside the capital, it eased to 8.9% from 9.4%. On a monthly scale, the rise in residential property prices decelerated to a five-month low of 0.6% in September from a revised 0.8% in the preceding month.
